This accessibility statement applies to the digital services operated by Mesher Technologies GmbH. We are committed to making our platform perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for everyone, in line with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act.
1. Scope and standard
This statement covers the public-facing registration, ticketing and account areas of our trade-fair platform. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
2. Conformance status
The platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most content meets the standard while some areas are still being assessed and improved. This statement will be updated as our independent accessibility audit is completed.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in an accessible format, please contact us at legal@mesher.events. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and will provide the requested information or an accessible alternative.
4. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent market-surveillance authority or the conciliation body responsible for accessibility under German law (Schlichtungsstelle nach dem Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz). They can help resolve disputes about the accessibility of digital services.
