Who is Mesher for?

Four groups, each with their own console: organizers, exhibitors, visitors, and service providers. You only ever see the console for your role — the accounts are separate.

Which languages does Mesher support?

Thirteen: English, German, Turkish, Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and Hebrew — including right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Hebrew. Pick your language from the list at the bottom of any page.

How do I get started?

Organizers start with a free trial from the pricing page. Exhibitors and visitors register through the event they are attending — the organizer sends a link. Service providers subscribe directly and appear in the marketplace across all events.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We e-mail a reset link that is valid for a limited time and can be used once.

Can I use the same e-mail address for two different events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exhibitor and visitor accounts belong to the event's organizer, so the same address can be registered independently at more than one event. When you sign in and your address matches accounts at several events, we ask which one you want to enter.

Does Mesher support two-factor authentication?

Yes. Every console supports app-based (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Turning it off signs out all of your other sessions.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Write to privacy@mesher.events and we will handle it as a data-deletion request under the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets an organizer run a small event with the core features. Paid tiers unlock higher limits and the advanced modules.

How long is the trial?

New organizer accounts start with a 30-day trial of a paid tier. No card is required to start.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time from the billing section of the organizer console. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where do I find my invoices?

Every invoice is available as a PDF in the billing section of the organizer console, and each one is e-mailed to the billing contact when it is issued.

What is the difference between an exhibition and an edition?

An exhibition is the recurring show. An edition is one occurrence of it — a specific year, venue, and set of dates. Halls, stands, and participations always belong to an edition.

How do I invite exhibitors?

Send invitations from the participations section. Each invitation is a link the exhibitor uses to create their account, claim their participation, and book a stand.

Can an exhibitor bring co-exhibitors?

Yes. An exhibitor can register co-exhibitors on their stand; you can review and approve them from the organizer console.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Each organizer account has its own workspace, branding, and language settings, and the public pages for your event carry them.

How do I book a stand?

Open your participation in the exhibitor console, pick a free stand from the hall plan, and reserve it. The organizer confirms the booking.

Can I add colleagues to my booth team?

Yes. Invite them from the team section of the exhibitor console; they get their own sign-in and only see your company's data.

Where is my visitor ticket?

After you register, your ticket is available in the visitor console and is also e-mailed to you as a PDF with a QR code for entry.

How does matchmaking work?

Tell us your sectors and interests when you register. We suggest exhibitors and visitors worth meeting, and you can request a meeting slot directly from the suggestion.

Who can see my data?

Your data is isolated to the event you registered for. Exhibitors see the leads that opted in to share their details with them; organizers see the participants of their own events. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

What happens to a lead I scan at a stand?

The visitor is asked to consent before their details are shared. Without consent, the exhibitor never receives the contact data.

Is Mesher GDPR-compliant?

Mesher is built for the European market: data is processed in the EU, every consent is recorded, and data-subject requests (access, export, deletion) are handled through privacy@mesher.events.
