Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Mesher platform provided by Mesher Technologies GmbH. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Service and to all content and activity carried out through it. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store or transmit illegal content.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest contact details for such purposes.
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems, or bypass security or authentication.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
- Scrape, crawl, or place excessive load on the Service, or interfere with its operation or other users.
- Harass, threaten, or post hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
3. Content standards
Content you upload must be accurate where it purports to be factual, lawful, and respectful of others' rights. It must not be obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, and you must have the rights necessary to submit it.
4. Security violations
You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security or authentication measures without our prior written consent. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to abuse@mesher.events.
5. Consequences of violations
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning you, removing content, and suspending or terminating access. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. We may act immediately where there is a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
6. Reporting violations
To report a violation of this AUP or abusive content, contact abuse@mesher.events with details so we can investigate.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "Last updated" date and version.
